Hong Kong Disneyland is a charming place to visit at any time of the year, as there is always something to celebrate in a magic kingdom. However, during special times of the year, Hong Kong Disneyland pulls out all the stops and celebrates in a more spectacular fashion than you've ever seen them celebrate before!

Whether it be a family-friendly Halloween spook-tacular, a cool New Year's Eve, a magical Christmas or a traditional Lunar New Year, Hong Kong Disneyland celebrates in style throughout the different seasons.

This list is forever growing, and there has been indications from Disney senior management that one of the key focuses of Hong Kong Disneyland is "increased seasonality". 2007 saw more one-off events for Easter, Mother's Day, the anniversary of the Hong Kong SAR and film tie-ins, such as Pirate Land Takeover of Adventureland.

The Changing Seasons

	Halloween Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialise all through October. The park transformed into a spooky fairground, with pumpkins, mini-parades and spookable delights!
	Christmas From mid-November until New Year's Eve, Main Street will become a Winter Wonderland, with a tree lighting ceremony; musical events; special meals and the big man himself, Santa.
	New Year's Eve With Christmas over, you don't get to rest for too long before you are counting down to the next year and partying like a mad party animal. In a corporate theme park.
	Chinese New Year Hong Kong Disneyland is unique because you get two New Year's celebrations! Typically around March/April, the Lunar New Year sees the park decked out in traditional fare.
